We are looking for talented individuals to fill over 20 contract-to-hire positions, working 100% remotely from anywhere within a one-hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103. As a Medicare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues related to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portals, ID cards, and more. Your goal will be to provide 5-star service, upholding the high standards of our team and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner
• Address customer concerns related to Medicare claims, benefits, enrollment, and other services
• Utilize multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Communicate complex information clearly and effectively over the phone, using proper grammar and professional language
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and service goals

Qualifications and Requirements

Work Schedule and Requirements

The Medicare department operates 7 days a week, with full-time shifts ranging from Sunday to Saturday, 7:45 AM - 8:15 PM. You will be required to work one late night shift and either a Saturday or Sunday shift, with a standard 37.5-hour workweek. Overtime may be offered or required as needed, exceeding 40 hours per week. You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
