O'Hagan Meyer is seeking a Litigation Associate with 0-3 years of civil litigation experience to join their Orange County, CA office. This role offers newly licensed attorneys the opportunity to handle a variety of civil litigation matters while receiving training in commercial litigation.

- Handle a wide-range of civil litigation matters involving cutting-edge topics and sophisticated clients
- Demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills
- Assume responsibility for matters and work well as part of a large, collaborative team
Skills
- 0-3 years of litigation experience including, premises liability, products liability, real estate, environmental disputes, insurance and/or general construction litigation
- Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice
- Demonstrate initiative and assume responsibility for matters
- Interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California
