Key Responsibilities
- Analyze information in Vehicle Service Contracts and claims systems to advise customers of the appropriate benefit amounts.
- Request and distribute internal information to aid the Claims Adjudication Department.
- Answer phone and email inquiries and provide information and explanations on the various levels of contract coverage and claims processes.
- Manage workflow, process, and complete all requests and documents according to established procedures.
- Collaborate with team members, work effectively in a friendly team environment, and maintain open communication with management and coworkers.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and meetings with management, utilizing camera technology to facilitate interactive and communicative interactions.
- Perform other job duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Minimum High School graduate or GED is required.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills, with the ability to problem-solve and multitask, while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with contract holders, agents, dealers, internal staff, upper management, and customers.
- Proficiency in working on a PC, with a working knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Typing speed of at least 35 wpm, with the ability to document information while discussing claims over the phone.
- Prior experience in an automotive service department, warranty administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
