**Job Summary**
As a Senior Analyst on our Visual Media Factory team, you will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Data Science, Analytics, Vendor Management, and 3D Artists to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights. You will leverage reporting-stage data control competencies, SQL scripts, and web-based dashboarding skills to record key performance indicators that power business outcomes. Your expertise will be critical in improving current systems, creating custom analytic reviews, and serving as a strategic partner for cross-functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Drive key tasks across multiple imagery workstreams
* Create custom analytic reviews by reading and summarizing data and trends to communicate product image quality insights to stakeholders
* Improve current systems by reading current practices; leveraging data to suggest and design process modifications
* Serve as a strategic partner for cross-functional teams, maintaining a broad range of stakeholders aligned on achieving a unique set of value-driven outcomes
* Partner with Product Managers to assist in design, support, test, and improve arenaflex's proprietary workflow control gear and manufacturing ecosystem
* Monitor process health and performance, identify routine developments, and offer advice to increase actionable steps
* Help build scalable strategies to support data collection and pipeline optimization
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience with improving strategies, reporting, and metrics in Operations, Business Analysis, or Strategy
* Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or other quantitative and technically-rigorous discipline required
* Highly analytical, including experience with reading and decoding large data sets directly (experience with SQL required, Google Data Studio dashboarding experience preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience working in a highly detail-oriented environment
* Ability to break down big, complex, ambiguous goals into achievable pieces
* Ability to tie tactical targets to broader business goals
* High interest in detail and tested ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
* Comfortable with ambiguity and developing new strategies from scratch
* Previous experience within 3D or Imagery is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
* Familiarity with arenaflex's proprietary workflow control gear and manufacturing ecosystem
* Strong understanding of business system data and its applications
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
