About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative to join our Property and Casualty Insurance team. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic and diverse team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service experiences, advise on plan options, and process new and amended enrollments. Key Responsibilities

• Actively listen to customers and ask questions to identify their needs and provide personalized solutions
• Advise customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing, and process new and amended enrollments
• Ensure that customers enjoy authentic and exceptional experiences, delivering expert customer service with a smile
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Active resident license to sell Property and Casualty insurance
• High school diploma or GED
• Fluent in English or Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Passion for helping others, with a patient and empathetic nature
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
