Job Description: Experienced Customer Service Agent

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- A minimum typing speed of 40 wpm, with accurate and efficient typing skills
- Fluent English, both written and verbal, with excellent grammar and spelling skills
