We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong process improvement and automation experience to drive workflow optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
This role blends business analysis, RPA development, and systems integration to streamline operations and improve efficiency across the enterprise.
Requirements:
• Hands-on RPA development using UiPath
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Excel VBA / scripting for automation
• Strong business process analysis experience
• Agile / SDLC exposure
Technical Responsibilities:
• Design and develop automation solutions using UiPath
• Build workflows using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Develop Excel VBA and Office automation scripts
• Support systems integration and data flow mapping
• Participate in testing (UAT, SIT) and release cycles
• Document technical & functional specifications
Functional Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-to-end business & process analysis
• Gather and document requirements (BRDs, user stories)
• Engage stakeholders across business and IT
• Identify automation opportunities and efficiency gains
• Prioritize backlog and support Agile ceremonies
