As a global organization, we're proud to serve a diverse range of customers, from small- and medium-sized businesses to large enterprises. **Job Summary** As a Customer Onboarding Strategist, Global Customer Solutions, you'll be responsible for managing and developing trusted relationships with clients, helping them achieve business goals, and contributing to the team's performance in consistently delivering against quarterly business goals. You'll work closely with internal teams to execute business strategies for specific markets and customers, communicate with customers proactively via phone and email, and produce interpretable insights from data analysis to deliver data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers. **Responsibilities** * Manage and develop trusted relationships with clients, help them achieve business goals, and contribute to the team performance consistently delivering against quarterly business goals. * Create and craft pitches to customers tailored to clients' performance goals, and work towards mutual business goals. * Find and implement creative ways to improve our client relationships, share performance-enhanced suggestions, and promote arenaflex products. * Produce interpretable insights from data analysis, and deliver data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers. * Execute business strategies for specific markets and customers in collaboration with internal teams and communicate with customers proactively via phone and email. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience. * 2 years of experience in advertising, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles. * Experience meeting Business-to-Business sales goals. * Ability to communicate in English fluently to communicate with clients in this region. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing and customizing experiences for a customer base. * Experience in new business sales and business analysis. * Experience collaborating with cross-functional international teams and managing stakeholders (internal and external facing). * Ability to take initiative, and lead, motivate, and work well with others. * Ability to multi-task and to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to develop business recommendations, action plans, as well as ideas on improving internal processes. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and deliver data-driven recommendations. * Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
