**Your Role**
As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering first-class customer service in every interaction. You'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, changes to service, and arenaflex products and services.
* Identifying customer needs and proactively offering our products and services.
* Contacting customers by phone or in writing concerning past due payments.
* Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues.
* Verifying service order accuracy and completeness and making corrections/changes, as needed.
* Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a dedication to customer service excellence, with amazing communication skills and a positive, professional attitude. You'll thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and enjoy helping our customers connect to the digital world. While a related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred, we're open to considering candidates with transferable skills and a passion for customer service.
**Essential Qualifications**
* A related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
* Customer Service call center experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote environment.
* Familiarity with arenaflex products and services.
* Knowledge of customer service software and systems.
* Bilingual or multilingual skills.
