The Opportunity at blithequark

blithequark is seeking an experienced Program Specialist to join our Customer Education & Advocacy team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for operations and the skills to help us build, maintain, and scale our fast-growing programs. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in program management who is eager to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Program Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our project management tool via Airtable, coordinating logistics for our instructor-led training programs and Voice of the Customer events, and handling day-to-day logistics for Academy and Advocacy support.
