We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team as an American Express Data Entry specialist. Key Responsibilities:

• Service inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and managers to understand their needs and suggest the right American Express SBS products
• Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate relevant product features, benefits, and other aspects of American Express Small Business Services
• Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing deals
• Provide exceptional customer care by responding to inquiries about accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
• Record important account data according to established policies and procedures
• Maintain integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

• Customer support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
• Proven success in a customer support and sales environment (2 years+)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available
