Job Overview

This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in office, offering the perfect blend of collaboration, flexibility, and autonomy. As a Commercial Customer Service Banker at blithequark, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our commercial customers, providing overall customer support services, and identifying opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and encourage the expansion of our relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with commercial customers by providing exceptional customer support services, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work proactively to identify potential problems, compliance issues, and opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and encourage the expansion of our relationships
• Identify products and services that meet customers' needs, and develop tailored solutions to support their financial goals and objectives
• Develop a working knowledge of assigned areas and accounts through frequent client contact and execution of standard departmental procedures
• Support customers in navigating Treasury Management products, including all online platforms, and provide expert guidance and training as needed
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and initiatives, and to identify opportunities to drive growth and revenue

Essential Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a related field, such as finance, business, or customer service
• Three to five years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on commercial customer service, sales, or relationship management
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Outstanding customer service and problem-resolution skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, and experience with department-specific systems and software
• Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services, including Treasury Management products and online platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business, or economics
• Professional certifications, such as CB or CFA, or relevant industry designations
• Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop creative solutions
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales and marketing tools
