Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients' marketing objectives, driving campaign success from start to finish.
• Deliver insightful optimizations to agency and client partners, ensuring campaigns are continually improved.
• Manage internal account operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities.
• Educate brands and media agencies on Reddit's value proposition and best practices, fostering strong relationships.
• Craft media plans that align with clients' awareness and direct response objectives.
• Work closely with Ad Ops to resolve technical issues and ensure effective campaign delivery.
• Represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders, advocating for their interests.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement, driving innovation and growth.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management, preferably within the CPG sector.
• A solid understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
• The ability to tackle problems of diverse scope, leveraging data analysis to inform decisions.
• A grasp of digital measurement and tracking fundamentals.
• A tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to overcoming challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships.
• The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
