As a Customer Expert, you'll be the face of our company, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, you'll be responsible for: * Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns. * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues. * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate. * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * Providing feedback on call issues. * Meeting sales objectives as defined. **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you'll need: * Bilingual Spanish/English language skills. * A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. * Over 18 years of age. * Ability to type 25 wpm. * High School Graduate or GED. * Comfort with desktop computer systems. * Proven oral and written communication skills. * 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred. * Logical problem-solving skills. * Availability to work various shifts. * Ability to use Windows operating systems. * Organization and work prioritization skills. * 6 months of sales experience minimum. * Ability to work independently. * Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment. * Ability to stay composed and objective. * Strong listening skills. * Superior negotiating skills. **Work from Home Requirements** To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require: * Internet Requirements: * Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps. * Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps. * ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms. * Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN. * Proof of internet speed required. * Clean and quiet workspace. **Join Our Team!** This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers.
