Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a positive and lasting impression of our firm. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and service, answering inquiries, and assisting with case-related questions. Your professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail will help build and maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, providing accurate and timely information about their personal injury cases.
- Case Coordination: Assist clients with questions regarding their cases, schedule and confirm appointments for consultations and meetings, and maintain and update client records in our case management system.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure clients' needs are met, and handle client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the office as needed, including tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and other administrative duties.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Essential Qualifications
- Bilingual: 1 year of experience as a bilingual customer service representative (Required)
- Customer Service: 1 year of experience in customer service (Required)
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and paralegals.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software (or willingness to learn).
Preferred Qualifications
- Personal Injury Experience: Experience working in personal injury law or a related field.
- Multilingual: Fluency in multiple languages (in addition to English).
- Customer Service Certification: Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. CRM, customer service training).
