Essential Qualifications

- An Associate or Bachelor's degree, or 60+ college credits.
- Three professional references, with at least one from a previous direct supervisor.
- A New Jersey Substitute Credential.
- A background check and TB risk assessment (we will cover the costs associated with these requirements).
- Full COVID-19 vaccination.

- An empathetic nature, a growth mindset, and a drive to continuously improve and be the best version of yourself.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience as a substitute teacher or in a related educational role.
