Position Overview: ENERGY SERVICES DATA ENTRY CLERK (Typist) - Remote | WFH
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Energy Services Programs team. As a remote worker, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date digital files, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
- Email and Document Management: Monitor emails, log documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt.
- Database Management: Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
- File Organization and Maintenance: Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
- Remote Work and Availability: Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
- Training and Development: Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings. Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.
- Confidentiality: Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes.
- Additional Requirements: Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
