Digital Marketing & Automation Support (Part-Time / Remote)
Rheum to Grow is a pediatric rheumatology practice seeking a detail-oriented digital marketing and automation specialist to support website updates, email systems, and content execution.
This is a remote, part-time role (approximately 5–10 hours per month) with potential to grow as the practice expands.
Required Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Wix
• Proficient in Zapier
• Proficient in Flodesk
• Proficient in Typeform
• Proficient in Canva
• Proficient in Teachable
Responsibilities:
• Build Typeform quizzes and connect them to Flodesk email automations (and Wix when needed)
• Upload guides to the Wix website and create corresponding Flodesk workflows
• Convert existing content into polished Canva handouts and guides
• Assist with social media content formatting and caption writing
• Basic video editing
• Research potential influencers for collaboration opportunities
• Create bimonthly newsletters in Flodesk (1st and 15th of each month) using medically accurate content and include Fullscript links
• Future: Assist with setting up a Shopify account to sell digital and physical products
• Wix website updates, blog uploads
• Upload, organize, and edit static and video course content in Teachable
Ideal Candidate:
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Highly organized and self-directed
• Comfortable executing without heavy supervision
• Strong attention to detail, especially with medically accurate content
• Clear and professional communicator
• Reliable with deadlines
Compensation:
Hourly or monthly retainer (~$150/month to start, based on workload). Payment will be made via PayPal invoice. Initial engagement will begin with a trial month.
