Job Overview: Customer Service Representative - Streaming Services
As a Customer Service Representative - Streaming Services, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to customers of our streaming services client. You'll work in a remote environment, handling customer calls of varying types, and troubleshooting issues related to streaming services on various devices. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, handling a high volume of calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming services on various devices, including phones, smart TVs, and more.
- Build rapport with customers, understand their concerns, and provide personalized solutions to ensure a positive experience.
- Utilize strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.
- Multi-task and manage multiple applications simultaneously, maintaining high-speed response rates and outstanding call quality.

Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer service or contact center environment, with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Basic understanding of streaming services, including troubleshooting skills and experience with streaming on various devices.
- Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Technical support experience, either in a formal role or through personal experience.
- Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with CRM applications, such as Salesforce or similar software.

- Previous experience working in a remote environment, with a proven track record of productivity and success.
