Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls from the public requiring appointments following a referral
- Booking, re-scheduling, and cancelling appointments on a booking system
- Providing polite and professional telephone manner, empathizing with callers, and respecting their needs at all times
- Working efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards
Essential Qualifications and Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
