Together with our CMO Masha, we’re looking for a Creative Marketing Designer to join our growth team and help scale one of the leading products in its niche.
We’re building a team where everyone has ownership, contributes to key decisions, and directly impacts the product’s growth. There are no “just executors” here — we work collaboratively to launch, test, and scale ideas.

Your responsibilities:
You will play a key role in shaping how Mindly communicates with users through creative.
This is more than just design execution — it’s about understanding users, testing ideas, and continuously improving performance.
Together with the team, you will:
- Create high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Generate and test hypotheses to improve creative performance
- Analyze results and iterate quickly based on data
- Research competitors and market trends, turning insights into actionable ideas
- Experiment with new formats, concepts, and design approaches
Your skills:
- 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer / Creative Designer
- Experience creating digital advertising creatives
- Strong skills in graphic and motion design tools
- Ability to analyze performance and think in hypotheses
- Confident use of AI tools and awareness of industry trends
- Portfolio with real projects and ideas
How we work:
We are remote-first, with offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia), so you can mix and match if you prefer.
Ideally, you are in the CET or EET time zone.
