Job Summary

As a Content Producer at Concentrix, you'll play a vital role in creating and executing video and digital content across multiple platforms. You'll manage the production process from concept to publication, driving the process forward with insight and leadership, and ensuring that the creative and strategy vision is brought to life. This position demands strong storytelling skills, an understanding of connecting with audiences effectively, and the ability to collaborate with strategists and content creators to shape narratives that resonate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with project objectives and target audience interests
• Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce high-quality multimedia content
• Represent client needs and provide timely updates in a professional manner
• Manage content calendars for timely publication on websites, social media, and email newsletters
• Oversee budget for content production, ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with copyright laws and legal guidelines for content publication and distribution
• Support Creative and Strategy Lead in ensuring that content aligns with client brand voice, audience interests, and business goals
• Plan and implement all elements of a video project, including securing rights to intellectual property, managing logistics for the film set, and overseeing post-production tasks
• Proofread and quality control all content to ensure accuracy and excellence

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Content Producer at Concentrix, you'll need:

• 5-8 years of experience as a video producer in a creative agency or in-house studio model, including sizzle reels, demos, TV advertising, long and short-form content (please provide samples)
• 3+ years of experience in digital content, including motion graphics and visual effects
• 3+ years of experience in client-facing presentations
• Degree in digital film, digital media, or communication studies (a plus)
• Background in pitching new business (a plus)
