Job Highlights:
Install new tires and wheels with precision and care.
Manage inventory effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead a motivated team of 4-5 technicians in a dynamic service environment.
Perform tire maintenance including rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning.
Deliver a world-class customer service experience for every client.
Work 35+ hours per week during regular business hours.
Engage in hands-on training and continuous professional development.
What We Seek:
A strong leadership mindset to inspire and guide your team.
A valid driver’s license is required.
The ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
A high school diploma or equivalent certification.
