Job Description:
• Support the design, management, and maintenance of SRGM performance management best practices and processes
• Executes complex analyses to support the development of promotional optimization and recommendations
• Supports the Director, Trade Promotions Strategy with other ad hoc analytical tasks
Requirements:
• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or Equivalent
• 2+ years of business experience, with experience in CPG industry a significant plus
• Strong technical skills (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Powerpoint / Thinkcell)
• Solid analytical skills and business / financial acumen
• Solid collaboration and communication skills
• Problem-solving mentality, intellectually curious
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Solid knowledge of syndicated data (e.g. IRI, Nielsen) and its nuances is a plus
• Solid working knowledge of SAP is a plus
