The Analyst I will provide administrative support functions, including document analysis and budget coordination, while contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
Responsibilities
- Help and assist in overseeing and executing a range of administrative support functions
- Reviewing and analyzing CalGEM documents and processes
- Public Records analysis
- Helps in preparing required documents for the executive team report
- Coordinates budget reports
- Organizes and maintains tracking of public comments and requests
- Help provide a less complex analytical and administrative duties in support of Headquarters’ business operations
- Special projects and identifying and analyzing processes to improve the operating efficiency and effectiveness with the Division
- Demonstrate innovative ideas, creativity and critical thinking
Skills
- Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment
