Responsibilities
- Use your detail-orientation to balance and review transactions for all alternative investment accounts to achieve complete accuracy
- Use your customer service background to answer client emails and phone calls to achieve customer satisfaction
Skills
- You possess a Bachelor's degree
- You have at least one year of balancing accounts/activity
- You possess at least six months of experience providing direct phone or in person support for clients and customers
- Knowledge of mutual funds and alternative investment products
- One year of balancing and reconciling experience within a transfer agency
- Related internship experience will also be considered
