The Opportunity
We’re hiring an experienced AI Engineer to join our international team. This role is centered around deploying production-ready GenAI solutions using LangChain, LangFlow, and vector databases such as MongoDB Atlas, Pinecone, or Astra DB.
You’ll be working across infrastructure, orchestration, and frontend integration — building agent frameworks, retrieval systems, and workflow logic that power actual client-facing systems.

What You’ll Work On
Designing and deploying modular pipelines using LangChain (agents, memory, routing, tools)
Implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) via vector databases such as MongoDB Atlas, Pinecone, or Astra DB
Building workflow orchestration and agent logic with LangFlow
Integrating AI services and outputs into web-based tools using JavaScript (e.g., React, Node.js)
Collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to deliver working AI features
Maintaining performance, security, and traceability across all GenAI components
✅ What You’ll Bring
Hands-on experience working with LangChain in production environments
Practical use of LangFlow for managing and visualizing LLM workflows
Proficiency with vector search platforms (MongoDB Atlas Vector Search, Pinecone, Astra DB, or similar)
Strong JavaScript background and experience integrating AI features into internal tools or front-end interfaces
A solid grasp of AI architecture, prompt design, and operational scalability
Strong communication skills and ability to work async with global teams
Bonus Points For
Experience building AI tools in SaaS or marketing operations environments
Familiarity with embedding optimization, LangGraph, or multi-agent design
Involvement in integrating GenAI into design systems, dashboards, or internal portals
