Job Description:
• Own the configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of HubSpot CRM environments
• Design CRM architectures that support marketing, sales, and customer success workflows
• Translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions and processes
• Build and maintain pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, workflows, and automations
• Ensure CRM data integrity, structure, and reporting accuracy
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand goals and recommend CRM improvements
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices to support long-term scalability
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting support related to HubSpot usage and adoption
Requirements:
• Proven hands-on experience working as a HubSpot CRM Strategist or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation logic, and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and following structured processes
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, accountable mindset
• Experience implementing or optimizing HubSpot CRM for mid-market or enterprise teams
• Solid understanding of RevOps concepts across marketing, sales, and customer success
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
• Experience working in remote, fast-paced environments
