About the position The Accounts Payable Support role focuses on ticket resolution and providing support to both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for the clean-up of the Oracle and ServiceNow queues, ensuring timely escalation of issues requiring second-level support. In addition, you will offer training and guidance on accounts payable procedures to support Operations and HQ personnel. Leveraging metrics to enhance training and improve the customer satisfaction experience is a key aspect of this role. Responsibilities • Resolve tickets related to accounts payable issues. • Support Oracle and ServiceNow queue clean-up. • Provide assistance to internal and external customers. • Escalate issues requiring second-level support to the Accounts Payable Supervisor. • Offer training and guidance on accounts payable procedures. • Utilize metrics to enhance training and tools to improve customer satisfaction. Requirements • 1-5+ years of Accounts Payable experience. • Experience with Oracle is a strong plus. • ServiceNow experience is preferred. • Customer service mindset, especially for vendor outreach. Nice-to-haves • Experience with vendor setup and research analysis. • Familiarity with 1099 forms.
