What you’ll do
You’ll help keep Aleyant financially strong by:
- Managing day‑to‑day accounting operations including AP/AR and customer billing
- Preparing bank and credit‑card reconciliations
- Posting journal entries and supporting month‑end close
- Maintaining revenue schedules and financial documentation
- Preparing VAT filings (Modelo 115, 303, 349, 390 & 347)
- Assisting with audits and delivering ad‑hoc financial analysis
- Collaborating with global teams and contributing to process improvements
You'll also work flexible hours to connect with our US corporate office — because at Aleyant, we work as a global team.
What you bring

- Relevant hands‑on accounting experience
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy
- Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting systems
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
- Fluency in English & Spanish
- Availability on short notice or ideally immediate availability
