Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Virtual Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing online events including webinars, workshops, training sessions, and corporate meetings. Key Responsibilities • * Coordinate, schedule, and manage virtual events end-to-end using tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. • * Communicate with speakers, hosts, attendees, and internal teams to ensure smooth event logistics. • * Create and distribute event invitations, reminders, and follow-ups via email and social media. • * Assist in designing event agendas, presentation materials, and virtual backdrops. • * Monitor live sessions for technical issues and provide support to participants. • * Track event metrics, compile reports, and share feedback with stakeholders. • * Maintain an event calendar and support marketing campaigns tied to events. • * Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. • Required Skills and Qualifications • * Bachelors degree (in progress or completed) in any discipline.
