What You’ll Do
As a Clinical Manager, you will play a key role in creating an environment where patients and families feel supported, safe, and inspired to grow. You will:
- Assists other BPA locations as needed based upon all clinic locations' needs.
- Assist with the orientation of new colleagues and supervise student interns as appropriate.
- Ensure initial treatment plans and other intake documentation have been completed within regulatory and policy timeframes for all new patients admitted to the program.
- Identify opportunities for program enhancement and implement in coordination with the Executive Director.
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy in accordance with state regulations and professional licensure law(s) to educate patients regarding psychological, emotional, and/or substance abuse problems.
- Displays active involvement in the treatment planning process, including bi-weekly treatment teams and daily flash meetings.
- Displays active involvement in the discharge, transition, and after-care planning treatment process.
- Provides family session counseling to patients to ensure appropriate communication and involvement of family members.
- Actively communicates with clients, families, and outside referral sources, functioning within the scope of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
- Ongoing and consistent collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, utilization review, and nursing staff members.
- Completes appropriate paperwork for patients in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.
- Demonstrates appropriate crisis intervention and de-escalation skills and acts as a member of the crisis response team when a crisis occurs.
- Enacts the code system per company policy and training.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of all clinical regulations, including Joint Commission and state and federal laws.
- Assist with milieu management as needed, to include front office coverage, check-in/out process, line of sight, dismissal, and administrative duties as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or equivalent in the behavioral health field
- 1 year of post-licensure experience preferred
- Current Texas license as an LPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW
- Are passionate about serving youth and families with integrity and compassion
