Virtual BDC Agent - SALES ( Fully Remote) Position Overview: The role of a Virtual BDC Agent, (Customer Engagement Specialist), is a vital member of the Virtual BDC department. Assigned team members are responsible for managing daily operations including inbound and outbound calls, text messages and emails.
