We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who is interested in growing into an Operations Manager (OBM-style role) over time.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, systems, and being a key part of a business.

Responsibilities:
• Client support (admin, content, systems)
• Assisting with onboarding clients into workflows
• Updating and maintaining SOPs
• Supporting project management (ClickUp or similar tools)
• Keeping tasks and timelines organized
