Servis One Inc (d/b/a BSI Financial Services) is hiring for the following role in Irving, TX (multiple openings): VP, Product. Establish and continuously refine a multi-year product strategy aligned with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements, with a strong emphasis on ML/AI-driven automation and datacentric decision making. Own end-to-end product portfolio, prioritize investment across multiple product lines, and ensure timely delivery through robust roadmap planning and dependency management. Partner with Operational and Engineering leaders to operationalize GenAI copilots, championing responsible-AI practices, model governance, and measurable ROI. Hire, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of Product Engineers, Senior Product Managers, and Business Analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Serve as the primary voice of the customer and internal stakeholders; communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership, investors, regulators, and industry partners. Implement scalable product-development frameworks (Agile/Scrum, SAFe) and ensure compliance with mortgage-servicing regulations, data privacy, and security standards. Define and track OKRs, KPIs, and P&L impact for each product area; leverage telemetry and experimentation to drive data-driven decision making and iterate rapidly. Develop and manage the product operating budget; negotiate contracts and partnerships with third-party vendors and technology providers. Represent the company at conferences, industry working groups, and customer advisory boards, positioning the organization as a leader in AI-powered mortgage-servicing solutions. Required Qualifications:
Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Software Management, Information Systems, or information Technology, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation in technical product management. Position also requires one (1) year of experience in each of the following: Agile development methodologies; Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap; Using analytics tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Mixpanel to track performance and inform strategy; and UX/UI design principles and usability best practices.
