Value Proposition Strategy ManagerCore Responsibilities
- This manager reports to the Regional Subscription Director and will work closely with managers, directors, and vice presidents across all countries to align strategy, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments.
- Define and own the long‑term customer value proposition strategy for home intake across the region.
- Lead and track home ARPU‑in growth through pricing strategies, bundles, add‑ons, upgrades, and convergent offer design.
- Translate behavioral insights, market trends, and pricing elasticity into actionable strategies that inform value‑driven targeting models for gross additions.
- Build and govern the regional products and offer architecture—ensuring an end-to-end view of propositions, pricing structures, and gross margin performance—to drive consistency, competitiveness, and revenue impact across all markets
- Define and own the Home BU innovation roadmap, covering all types of innovation—product, device, platform, and any customer related experience that strengthens value creation and adoption,- Make strategic roadmap choices based on analytics, business/operation needs and technical feasibility to close the gap between the current and future state of the products.
- Build business cases for new investment requirements.
- Define design, testing, support, and go-to-market guidelines for new launches
- Lead multifunctional teams required to execute the roadmap; actively participate in technical decisions that impact platform financial and customer experience.
- Own on-time and on-budget implementation of initiatives, liaising with up and downstream stakeholders to report progress and escalate issues (MIC Steerco, country GM’s, initiative leaders and change management.
- Content Supermarket Growth, Optimization —across both Mobile and the Home business unit,- Maximize monetization & gross margin by fully leveraging all 3rd‑party agreements and continuously optimizing partner performance.
- Define and evolve Supermarket offers (bundles, add‑ons, upgrades) and support the creation of related campaigns to drive acquisition
- Share learnings and best practices across all markets to ensure consistent execution and enable scaling of successful initiatives.
- Owner of the video distribution platforms administration,- Manage intercompany contracts and regional administration (license fees).
- Secure funds and business plans when required.
- Including conciliation and contract management with external partners.
Profile Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Digital Marketing, or Business Administration. MBA or specialization in Business Intelligence preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in CBM, Finance, or Product Marketing, ideally in the telecommunications industries.
- Located: Ideally in any of the Tigo markets
- Hard Skills:- Manejo de herramientas de análisis de datos (Advanced Excel and BI tools as Phyton, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Forcasting and Budgeting perfomance.
- Simulation models knowledge.
- Soft Skills: Strategic vision, superior analytical skills, executive influence, remote team management, and results oriented. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new environments.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
