User Acquisition Lead

We’re looking for a User Acquisition Lead to scale and accelerate user growth across UPLIVE’ portfolios. You'll play a key role in driving millions of installs while leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced, creative, and data-driven environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Own and execute UA strategy across the company with different products, managing large-scale budgets on channels such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, IronSource, AppLovin, DSPs, and more - Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UA specialists (team size <10), ensuring executional excellence and hitting performance goals - Optimize acquisition performance through analysis of KPIs like CPI, ROAS, act date, and cohort-level metrics at the network, campaign, and geo level - Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and ad networks - Continuously assess and improve UA workflows, tools, and processes for efficiency and scale - Collaborate closely with Product, Monetization, Creative, and Data teams to drive growth - Stay ahead of trends by conducting market research and competitive analysis QUALIFICATIONS - 4+ years of hands-on UA experience in mobile gaming or apps - 2+ years of experience managing people and teams - Strong preference for candidates with experience in Hybrid Casual or IAP-driven UA  - Highly analytical and comfortable with UA data tools; able to turn insights into action - Deep knowledge of the mobile growth stack: MMPs, mediation, analytics, SDK ad networks, DSPs, etc. - Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of managing complex projects in a fast-moving environment - Passion for music and gaming is a big plus - Fluent English communication is a must TO COMPLEMENT OUR TEAM, YOU SHOULD BE - A mobile game fanatic.
