About the Role
We’re hiring a Trainer Growth & Partnerships Manager to help us grow and support our trainer community.
This role combines outreach, relationship building, onboarding, and growth support. You’ll be responsible for finding great trainers, bringing them onto the platform, and helping them succeed once they join.
This is a high-impact role—your work directly contributes to the growth of both our trainers and the platform.
What You’ll Do
1. Trainer Outreach & Acquisition
- Identify and research fitness trainers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other communities
- Reach out via email, DMs, and other channels
- Build relationships and introduce trainers to Perspire.tv
- Convert qualified trainers into active signups
2. Trainer Onboarding & Activation
- Guide new trainers through the onboarding process
- Help them:
- Set up their channel
- Upload their first videos
- Schedule live streams
- Set pricing and offerings
- Ensure trainers get to their first content published and first revenue generated
3. Trainer Growth & Success
- Work with trainers to grow their presence and earnings on the platform
- Help them create content strategies (videos, live sessions, Programs)
- Provide guidance on promoting their channel to their audience
- Share best practices and ideas to increase engagement and revenue
4. Trainer Support & Relationship Management
- Act as a main point of contact for trainers
- Answer questions and provide ongoing support
- Build strong, long-term relationships with top creators
5. Feedback & Insights
- Collect feedback from trainers on features, UX, and overall experience
- Share insights with the internal team to improve the platform
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- Experience in outreach, partnerships, community management, or creator/influencer marketing
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable doing outreach (email, DMs, etc.)
- Organized and proactive—able to manage multiple conversations and relationships
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in the fitness industry or working with fitness creators
- Experience with creator platforms, marketplaces, or SaaS products
- Basic understanding of social media growth and content strategies
