Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring that their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable. Your key responsibilities will include:

Work Schedule and Location

As a Ticket/Gate Agent, you will work between 20 to 40 hours per week and 150 to 800 hours per year, depending on the operational needs of the station and location. You will be based at the Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) in West Palm Beach, Florida. Please note that seasonal work will depend on the operational need of the station and location, and recalls can happen at any time during the calendar year based on operational demand.
