Through your impactful work, you’ll build genuine connections with residents, guests and fellow team members. <br><br></li></ul><strong>What We’re Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age or older. </li><li>Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am to 12:30pm. </li><li>Experience in housekeeping in a hospitality, commercial or residential setting preferred. </li><li>Ability to read, speak and understand basic English. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences. Adjust apartment cleaning to meet individual needs and expectations. </li><li>Clean residents’ apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule. Tasks include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, changing linens, emptying trash, and completing seasonal tasks such as window and patio cleaning and HVAC filter changes. </li><li>Perform deep cleaning of apartments after residents move out and care for vacant apartments to ensure they are clean and ready for new residents. </li><li>Clean and prepare model apartments and guest suites by vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, washing linens, restocking supplies, and checking HVAC areas. </li><li>Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests. </li><li>Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas in a clean and organized way. Use only approved cleaning products and tools and follow PPE safety guidelines.
