Qualifications • The ability to manage multiple projects to completion. • The ability to function effectively in a high-stress situation. • Authorization to work in the United States for this company. • Knowledge and experience in Telecommunications. • At least 2 years experience in similar roles. • Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks. • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background. • Good working knowledge of the telecommunications industry Responsibilities • At 5 Star Communications, as an Assistant to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for the sharing management over assigned projects and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and safety. • Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees of an assigned area, • department, or project. • Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance; • Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an • assigned area, department, or project; • Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an • assigned area, department, or project; • The ability to communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to • ensure tasks are completed • Assist with contractor work assignments and tracking • Project tracking and reporting • Maintain project documents \PAY TO BE DISCUSSED BASED ON EXPERIENCE\ Pay: From $15.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
