Technical Lead, Google Cloud Contact Center AI

Job Description: • Design and oversee implementation of complex Dialogflow CX architectures • Architect end-to-end integration patterns between CCAI and external systems • Lead transition to Generative AI-driven workflows using Vertex AI • Develop secure, scalable webhooks and middleware • Optimize Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech configurations • Implement Agent Assist modules for real-time suggestions • Analyze conversation logs and establish CI/CD pipelines • Mentor junior AI developers and provide technical coaching Requirements: • 8+ years in Software Engineering or Cloud Architecture • 3-5 years focused on Google CCAI • Deep expertise in Google Cloud AI stack • Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java • Strong understanding of conversational design • Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, Webhooks, OAuth, JWT • Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer preferred • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect preferred Benefits: • Medical, dental, vision • tax-advantaged health care accounts • financial and income protection benefits • paid time off (PTO) and wellness time off.
