About the Role: Teach English to Kids Online
As an online English teacher for kids with English First, you will have the opportunity to connect with students on the other side of the world, and to make a meaningful difference in their lives. You will be teaching kids in China, aged 5-10, and will be responsible for delivering 25-minute one-on-one online English lessons that focus on grammar and vocabulary. You will also be required to complete a short summary of each lesson for the parents to review, and to communicate your availability for lesson hours in advance using our easy-to-use scheduling system.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- TEFL certification (or equivalent)
- Be a fully fluent English speaker (C2 level)
- Be educated to degree level (a bachelor's degree in any field is required)
- Have availability in the mornings, depending on your time zone (lessons are available between 6 am-2 pm)
- Have access to a headset and a personal computer with a stable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience teaching English as a foreign language, particularly to young learners
- Experience with online teaching platforms and technology
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
