Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of product management experience or comparable area experience, utilizing search, recommendations, or AI-powered products to build best-in-class e-commerce customer experiences
- Proven experience driving collaboration across multiple teams to ensure alignment and focus on solving customer problems
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to analyze data to support assumptions, recommendations, and drive decision-making
Preferred Qualifications

- A proven track record of building novel and engaging customer experiences informed by data from various sources (market research, A/B testing, customer research)
- Demonstrated ability to form an ambiguous problem into a product vision, strategy, and learning plan to move a nascent product from zero to one
