What You’ll Do
Build Talent Pipelines That Matter
You don’t just fill roles—you build sustainable pipelines.
- Source creatively across job boards, social media, and community partnerships
- Use Boolean and advanced sourcing techniques with confidence
- Engage and convert passive candidates
- Stay ahead of market trends and talent movemen
Elevate the Candidate Experience
You understand that every interaction reflects our mission.
- Conduct thoughtful screenings for both skill and values alignment
- Lead engaging, structured interviews
- Communicate proactively and move with urgency
- Ensure every candidate is treated with respect, empathy, and professionalism
Drive Offers, Compliance & Hiring Excellence
- Recommend compensation thoughtfully and equitably
- Partner with leaders on hiring decisions and strategy
- Ensure compliance and integrity throughout the hiring process
- Deliver hires that are both high-quality and mission-aligned
What You Bring
- Full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search techniques
- Healthcare or nonprofit recruiting experience (long-term care a plus)
- Confidence partnering with and advising hiring managers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
