THE ROLE We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Sustainability Data Analyst to be a core contributor to our corporate sustainability programs. This role ensures high-quality, accurate data that informs sustainability strategy, supports audits, and drives transparency in the company’s sustainability reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a passion for sustainability and data-driven decision-making in a creative, fast-paced environment. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO • Collect, organize, and maintain environmental data (e.g. energy, waste, water, etc.) from multiple sources. • Conduct quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy. • Maintain and continuously improve the Live Nation’s environmental database and data management systems. • Develop and manage Tableau dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Partner with internal finance and fintech teams to streamline data workflows, enhance automation, and improve data integration processes. • Support the audit process by preparing data summaries, responding to auditor requests, and maintaining documentation. • Analyze trends in environmental metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and sustainability communications. • Collaborate with operations and sustainability teams to improve data collection processes. Estimated Time Allocation: • 30% – QA/QC and data integrity reviews 25% – Data collection and management 20% – Dashboarding, and visualization (Tableau, Excel) 15% – Reporting, presentations, and cross-functional communication 10% – Audit and compliance support WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING • A degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Sustainability/Environmental Management, or related technical field preferred • 2+ years of experience as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst or similar role • Proficiency in data management, Excel, and Tableau. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, visualization, and quality control. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a creative, fast-paced environment. • Preferred: Familiarity with environmental reporting standards or sustainability metrics.
