Overview:
We are seeking a Structural Engineer for a remote assignment out of Cincinnati, Ohio. The selected candidate will perform a variety of engineering work in the design phase of equipment, systems and/or processes.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

• * This position requires a Professional Engineer License (PE) **
• * This position requires advanced proficiency with STAAD Pro **
Responsibilities:
- Perform calculations of structural systems (hand calculations, computer aided calculations (spreadsheets and mathcad), and 3D modeling analysis (STAAD Pro)
- Assist in the creation of contract drawings via drawing input to structural designers
- Maintain effective communication with department members, higher management and clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- A Professional Engineer License (PE)
- 4+ years experience in engineering design of building structural systems
- Advanced proficiency in STAAD Pro
- A solid working knowledge of building and structural codes
- Working knowledge of Revit
