? Role Overview
We are expanding our institutional network and looking for Strategic School Partnerships Leads who can work directly with school decision-makers (Principals, Directors, Trustees).
This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role focused on building long-term partnerships and enabling schools to adopt structured academic programs.
Requirements
? Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with school leadership (Principals, Directors, Trustees) across India
- Present IMAV’s programs as a structured institutional solution, not a standalone course
- Conduct virtual meetings, demos, and discussions with decision-makers
- Facilitate onboarding through MoUs and partnership agreements (digital execution)
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth implementation and batch activation
- Ensure successful student onboarding and program rollout
- Build and maintain long-term institutional relationships
? Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in:
- School relations / institutional partnerships
- Academic coordination or outreach
- Business development (EdTech / Services preferred)
- Direct interaction with decision-makers (schools or organizations)
Key Traits:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
- Self-driven and outcome-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with remote / virtual engagement model
