Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship. Our Newest Opportunity:  Drive strategic change and adoption across all product initiatives at OneDigital. This role ensures every launch — whether a small feature, an AI coworker, or a company-wide platform — is planned, communicated, adopted, and measured in a way that delivers real business impact, while keeping employees and clients at the center of everything we do. While accountable for driving structured adoption and surfacing actionable insights, this role partners with business leaders, who retain accountability for KPIs and business results. This role provides strategic leadership and coordination across functions — guiding Marketing, L&D, and Communications teams to develop and execute materials and programs that align to the overall change and adoption plan. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Change Planning - Develop a flexible, repeatable framework for managing change: a consistent foundation adaptable to product size, complexity, and audience. - Collaborate with Product teams to understand priorities and roadmap context. - Align rollout plans with business objectives through close engagement with business stakeholders. - Guide and partner with L&D, Marketing, and Comms to ensure their workstreams (training, enablement, messaging) align with the strategic adoption plan. 2. Rollout & Adoption Execution - Develop tailored rollout plans for each initiative. - Orchestrate delivery across L&D, Marketing, Comms, and other contributors. - Build and manage communities of champions to amplify adoption. - Secure buy-in from National Product Leaders, Regional Presidents, and other executive influencers. - Ensure clear and consistent messaging across channels by partnering with functional teams to deliver aligned content and materials. 3. Measurement, Reporting & Continuous Learning - Establish a centralized hub for insights, dashboards, and reporting. - Use a hub-and-spoke model to distribute curated adoption and impact data to stakeholders. - Go beyond raw adoption metrics by surfacing insights that help business leaders connect usage with productivity improvements, client experience gains, and measurable results. - Own the feedback loop: capture insights from users, champions, and frontline leaders and feed learnings into future launches and product strategy. 4. Risk Management - Identify potential adoption blockers early and proactively mitigate risks through collaboration with product, business, and enablement teams. 5. Champion Network Governance - Formalize how champions are recruited, trained, and activated. - Maintain strong relationships with Regional Presidents, National Product Leaders, and practice-level influencers to sustain adoption momentum. Operating Model - Reports To: Head of Product, Growth Initiatives - Partners With: Embedded PMs/POs, L&D, Marketing, Comms, and business leaders - Scope: Centralized ownership of strategic change across the entire Product portfolio Success Measures - High-level themes (not KPIs): - Structured, consistent approach to launches without losing flexibility. - Faster, broader adoption of key products and features. - Demonstrated support for business leaders in linking adoption to measurable business outcomes. - Stronger alignment and engagement across practices and regions. Ideal Candidate Profile - 6-8 years in change management, organizational transformation, or product adoption leadership roles. - Proven track record leading large-scale change initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations. - Experience working closely with Product, Technology, and Business teams to drive adoption. - Strong preference for experience in insurance, benefits, or financial services; exposure to SaaS and digital transformation environments is an advantage. - Previous experience working in or alongside Product teams to coordinate multi-channel rollouts. - Strategic thinker with the ability to flex frameworks based on product size, audience, and complexity. - Exceptional relationship-building skills across executives, regional leaders, and frontline stakeholders. - Expertise in risk identification and mitigation strategies for change adoption. - Skilled at creating and managing communities of champions. - Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent is highly desirable but not required. - Nimble and adaptive; thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. - Human-centered mindset: keeps employees and clients at the heart of change planning. The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $120,000 to $130,000 per year.   Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.  We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
