As a presales Solutions Architect for ITMS and Managed Services, this individual will be responsible for designing and quoting managed service solutions for our mid-market customers. Working closely with our Account Executives, this individual will meet with customers to discuss their business needs, provide an overview of the New Era managed services practice, and align those needs with a managed services quote.
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer.
- Occasional lifting of objects, not exceeding 20 pounds.
Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm EST with 1-hour unpaid lunchbreak (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week).
Travel: Travel may be required for on-site team and client meetings and working sessions with the client. All other work will be performed remotely unless required to be onsite by the team/client needs.
